CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect both your time and mine, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Please arrive on time to your appointment. Late shows could result in a shortened service or cancellation. There is a nonrefundable $25 dollar deposit required when booking online. The deposit is applied toward your treatment if the appointment is kept, but if canceled it is retained to help cover the appointment time that was reserved specifically for you.
